Changes
- Added an option to restore small thumbnails in Related on desktop, for users in the vertical layout A/B test group (enabled by default)
- Fixed custom menu item styling to match recent YouTube UI changes
- Removed the "Hide scrollbar" option from Full size theater mode, as it had stopped working anyway - you can adjust your Operating System settings to auto-hide scrollbars

This once again matches native YouTube styling, after recent YouTube UI changes.
YouTube currently has 2 different menu implementations, both of which can be seen on the /watch page. Weirdly, the "new" menu implementation doesn't seem to be keyboard-accessible.
