Van Rossem Hard Fork support

Daedalus 11.0.0 adds support for the Van Rossem Hard Fork (Protocol Version 11). Updating before the fork is required to maintain network compatibility.

Note on versioning: Starting with this release, Daedalus major versions align with the bundled cardano-node major version. Daedalus 8.0.0 was the last release under the previous scheme; versions 9 and 10 were skipped.

Dependency upgrades

• cardano-node updated to 11.0.1.
• cardano-wallet updated to v2026-05-11.

It is recommended that all Daedalus users upgrade to this version.
