Cardano 1.7.0: Daedalus 0.15.0 with Cardano SL 3.1.0

Release announcement

This release brings two important new features:

• A newsfeed feature for delivering news to users directly via the Daedalus user interface.
• Verification of the wallet recovery phrase needed to recover wallets in the future.

This release also includes lots of other fixes and improvements, including:

• New implementation of the number input component, used for entering amounts of ada when creating transactions with significant improvements in formatting and entering numbers.
• Redesigned user interface for the update system: notifications now cover the whole screen instead of being shown in the small notification area.
