Minor Changes

• 6859179: [browser support] drop support for browsers without <dialog>.showModal().

  A modal overlay is opened as a native modal dialog: the browser then keeps the keyboard focus inside it and
  makes the rest of the page unreachable, which is also why a screen reader does not read that other content.
  The library never had a fallback for browsers that cannot do this - the platform capability is the
  mechanism - so the support policy now states what the implementation requires instead of leaving it
  implicit. Safari 16 is the oldest supported browser; Chrome, Edge and Firefox are supported for their last
  four versions. This is recorded in .browserslistrc.

Patch Changes

• 90eeca3: [button] a keyboard click needs its keydown on the button too. A keyup on its own, for example after a closing dialog moves the focus back to its lion-button invoker, no longer clicks it (#2555).

• 65b8580: Make the combobox and steps suites work with renamed children, and let pagination suites query custom navigation elements and await deferred click handlers.

  Allow combobox suites to configure label-property options before their values are formatted, including dynamically rendered options.

  Make collapsible suite height fixtures independent of text wrapping and await switch host updates before asserting inner button events.

  Configure pagination, calendar and datepicker suite page objects consistently through pageObjects: { host: MyPageObject }.

  Build shared-suite fixtures from constructors without importing definition entry points or registering fixed global custom-element names.

  Restore inherited SelectRich option-position accessibility updates when options are added, removed or reordered.

• 1a35b59: [form-core] Keep registered fields in DOM order when groups are moved, fixing keyboard navigation and option positions in grouped country dropdowns.

  Registration and removal remain synchronous. DOM ordering and listbox option positions are reconciled once per microtask batch, before the next browser paint.
