AIVPN v1.0.1

Patch release — restores the release-asset builds for musl/embedded and Windows targets that failed to attach in v1.0.0. No runtime behavior change on already-shipped platforms; these are portability/packaging fixes only.

Fixed

• musl / embedded cross-compilation — AtomicU64 now comes from portable_atomic in the shared upload pipeline (aivpn-common) and the server mask store (was std::sync::atomic::AtomicU64, which is absent on 32-bit targets without native 64-bit atomics). The recvmmsg flags argument is cast portably for musl. Restores the server-musl-armv7 / mipsel / aarch64 and client-musl-mipsel release builds.
• Windows release packaging — make windows no longer deletes aivpn-windows-gui.zip after building the NSIS installer, so the release workflow can publish both the installer and the portable GUI zip.

Built and attached automatically by CI on publish: Linux server (x86_64 + musl armv7/mipsel/aarch64), macOS .pkg/.dmg, Android APK, Windows installer + GUI zip, iOS IPA.
