Inferno Redux Update

• Update Inferno-Redux to the have the same API as the latest version of React-Redux bindings. Thanks to @Alxandr for all the hard work on this!
• Inferno now ships single file bundles for all module types (commonjs, ES6, UMD:develoment, UMD:production)

Internal Updates:

• New Internal Build System which should speed up builds.
• Fixture Testing (#970)
• Code is now styled with Prettier (#949)
• Testing overhaul to use Jest as the default unit test framework.
