• inferno-dom has a fix where a component being patched would not accept a falsey value from being returned properly.
• inferno-dom also has undocumented WIP support for lazy elements that can drastically improve performance in certain scenarios by taking advantage of off-screen lazy batch patching.
• inferno-server fixed an issue where falsey values for 0 were incorrectly handled

Also addressed issues where the bundle packages for Inferno and InfernoComponent were being incorrectly built.
