+ the toggle options in the settings menu is getting rather long. Added a sub menu for Additional Settings, move a couple Toggles into it.
+ added Always Start As Admin option to the settings menu

This option is on by default, it really on needs to be turn off if the user starts editing this menu themselves then its good as a debugging tool.
* made a some NP++ specific menu items dynamic, e.g. they won't show if the user doesn't have NP++ installed.
