INCEpTION 0.7.0

We are pleased to announce the release of INCEpTION 0.7.0.

INCEpTION is an extensible web-based collaborative environment
for text annotation. It integrates machine-learning-based annotation
support, knowledge base management and corpus building into
a single comprehensive platform.

This is the first release without the 𝜶 marker. We have by default disabled
features that are incomplete or experimental. Those features that are
active by default should be working adequately.

This is a feature release.
