创建可复用的 SubnavFooter 组件，从窄侧栏移除设置/关于，并将其加入任务与搜索页的 subnav 底部；同时为 PreferenceSubnav 添加底部区域以保持一致。
新建任务使用任务页工具栏里「刷新」和「全部开始」之间的 新建任务 按钮；系统菜单、快捷键、托盘等若仍提供「新建任务」会照常可用。

Upgraded the download kernel to support ed2k.
New tasks will start by default.
The task list has been changed to a table layout and can be sorted.
Upload speed is prioritized when seeding, and the table header has been changed to a shorter "Speed" text.
The two recommended links in the tracker server are misformatted.
Added ed2k protocol support to the advanced download protocol settings.
Added an "All Tasks" option.
Fixed the progress display error in the task details:
Created a reusable SubnavFooter component, removed Settings/About from the narrow sidebar, and added it to the bottom of the subnav in the task and search pages; also added a bottom area to PreferenceSubnav for consistency.
New tasks will now use the "New Task" button between "Refresh" and "Start All" in the task page toolbar; the "New Task" option will still be available in the system menu, shortcut keys, and tray if it is still available.
Associated with torrent file downloads.
Fixed the taskbar icon error. Fixed the system tray icon issue. Added Windows arm64 support. Added settings for shutdown and repair tasks after download completion. Added a notification sound after successful download.
