- Save any article as a PDF straight from the reader menu, in both readers
- Your reader font and line height carry over, your highlights stay visible, and the text size is tuned for paper
- Share or store the file from the system share sheet
Modern Reader
- The reader switch moved out of the debug menu into Settings -> Reader Settings as a "Modern Reader" toggle
- The modern reader is the default on iOS 26 now
- A one time tip points the toggle out after updating, so the new look does not just happen to you
Reader Improvements
- Smoother scrolling: hero images are decoded at the size they are actually drawn at, and scrolling no longer rebuilds the whole reader
- Footnote and table of contents links work again and jump inside the article instead of opening an empty browser tab
- A link only leaves the reader when its target makes sense, so a web page, an email address or a phone number, anything else is ignored
- Both readers run the same HTML cleanup now, so an article looks the same in either one
- Short articles track reading progress again and get marked as read when you reach the end
Bug Fixes & Stability
- Filtering by a label that contains a space works again
- The bookmark list no longer stays empty when the server cannot determine the size of a single thumbnail
