Many fixes to EDF output, including:
- proper MaskOff values
- improved compatibility with STR.edf value mappings
- when EDF are exported, Pressure data is only saved after pressure has stabilised after initiating a session (mirrors AS11 behaviour)
Added:
- double-click the "PLUS" (right) button to stop therapy (feature request #9)
- brightness slider in Settings to control LCD brightness
- option to turn off the LCD completely during therapy (no backlight)
