Documentation and packaging metadata only — no code changed, and --dump-segments
from v0.4.0 is unaffected.
The package now states who wrote it: Author: TORYU, a project.urls entry
pointing at toryu.tokyo, and one sentence in Where this
came from. PyPI metadata is immutable per release, which is the only reason this
needed a version of its own.
