Small bugfix to let SingleScreen users truly enjoy XMB after a new install or data reset:

- Moved Show Game Logo in XMB into Appearance -> Single-screen view, where it now belongs.
- Show Game Logo in XMB now overrides Always Show Title of ROMs only for the Home XMB title/logo slot.
- Dual-screen Detail no longer depends on the XMB logo toggle; if title.png exists, it will still be used there.
