Bug fixes
- Fixed empty whole-genome view for tracks loaded from an IGV-desktop XML session.
- Updated the deprecated Tumorscape portal URLs (via igv-utils 1.8.3).
- Fixed a number of latent bugs surfaced by eslint, including:
- Tracks whose color is a function threw when computing a feature color.
- The viewlimits track-line attribute fell through and overwrote the track name.
- Whole-genome coordinate conversion (getChromosomeCoordinate) referenced an out-of-scope function.
- A readSequence failure in the cached sequence reader never rejected, leaving loads hanging.
