#58 — docs: introduce Extended identity and concise project overview

The README mixed the project overview with lengthy implementation details. Replace it with a concise introduction, feature inventory, firmware limitations, recovery behavior and credits under the approved Extended name. Repository name and description have already been updated on GitHub. Existing API URLs resolve to the renamed repositories and the old raw metadata URL returns HTTP 200; runtime URLs and binaries are unchanged. Validation: git diff --check passed, local license link exists, README reviewed against existing documentation and recovery/settings source, and old repository names are absent from the new README. Text reduced from 1,412 to 705 whitespace-delimited words. No build or device tests were run for this documentation-only change. Companion documentation uses the same branch in igorcv88/Root-My-Galaxy-Payloads-Extended; neither PR has a runtime dependency or required merge order.
