Fixes the v0.3.57 Manual Online failure (This app contains an outdated root helper) and addresses all open review comments from PR #51.

Root-helper packaging:

the release workflow correctly synchronized and verified the v0266 helper before Gradle, but Android's release pipeline runs stripReleaseDebugSymbols; the feed/runtime contract compares exact helper size/SHA-256, so post-sync ELF rewriting can make the installed native library differ from the published artifact;
mark only libcve43499root.so as keepDebugSymbols so AGP preserves the feed artifact byte-for-byte;
after assembleRelease, reopen the generated unsigned APK and verify lib/arm64-v8a/libcve43499root.so SHA-256 against ROOT_HELPER_SHA256; a release now fails before signing if Android packaging changes the helper;
make runtime mismatch errors report app version plus expected/actual size or SHA instead of the previous generic message.

History review fixes:

Running entries are no longer selectable/exportable, with a second fail-closed filter in the exporter;
ZIP compression/document-provider writes run on a dedicated IO executor rather than the UI thread;
pending bulk-export IDs use rememberSaveable and are resolved back to completed History entries after the document picker returns, preserving the request across Activity recreation.

No exploit/payload/FOPS/Auto Root scheduling code is changed.
