#24 — Add CZG3 controlled launch diagnostics

Adds exact-CZG3 Advanced launch-uptime diagnostics, unified standalone/Shizuku exploit environment construction, invocation/runtime context capture, preparation checkpoint persistence, and machine-readable preparation analysis while retaining full raw History logs.

Scope and compatibility:

• the uptime selector is exposed only for the exact SM-S938B / pa3q / BP4A.251205.006.S938BXXSBCZG3 / CZG3 kernel identity
• CZG3 uses the selected minimum uptime; non-CZG3 profiles receive no app-side wait and no RMG_BOOT_MIN_UPTIME_SEC override
• manual online/offline snapshot semantics remain unchanged: successful Manual Online refreshes the snapshot, Manual Offline and Auto Root consume the last successful manual snapshot, and failed refreshes do not replace it
• standalone/Shizuku receive identical common experiment metadata while preserving their transport-specific launch mechanics
• raw History storage is no longer truncated; the UI already renders large logs lazily
• preparation checkpoint scanning consumes only new log deltas instead of repeatedly reparsing the entire growing log
• preparation reports include per-phase durations, cycle counts, failures, total timings, object index, and reclaim counters

Review fixes incorporated:

• corrected the exact Build.DISPLAY match used to expose the CZG3 control
• removed the unintended 120-second app delay from all non-CZG3 manual and Auto Root paths
• made non-CZG3 History report the uptime override as absent rather than 120
• expanded the preparation report for the planned run database

Validation note:

• the original revision passed testDebugUnitTest, lintDebug, and assembleRelease before the post-review corrections
• the final corrective head currently has no GitHub Actions/commit-status run attached, so those earlier results are not being represented as validation of the final head

Depends on payload PR igorcv88/Root-My-Galaxy-Payloads-Extended#15 for RMG_BOOT_V1, RMG_PREP_V1, and RMG_PREP_CHECKPOINT_V1. Merge the payload source PR first, then this app PR.
