#61 — Fix Manual exploit watchdog for quiet root helper
The production quiet root helper intentionally stays silent while the scheduler-sensitive payload is alive, then relays diagnostics after exit. Manual install still treated 90 seconds without output as a stalled exploit, which could terminate a healthy Shizuku/Local ADB run while Auto Root continued to work.
This change removes the silence-based watchdog from the Manual process loop, keeps the existing 15-minute absolute deadline, and aligns Manual Local ADB's streaming timeout with that absolute deadline. It does not change the exploit, FOPS/P0 behavior, helper, payloads, or Auto Root path.
Includes a regression contract test preventing the 90-second Manual watchdog from being reintroduced.
