#60 — Port validated Labs transport and hot-path fixes

Ports the hardware-validated functional delta from RMGLabs while preserving production identity, branding, feed/release infrastructure and multi-device support.

Included:

• property-first Local ADB TLS port resolution with mDNS fallback
• stable Shizuku-first / paired Local ADB fallback policy selected before exploit launch
• 5s Local ADB handoff grace across exploit -> KernelSU
• Manual P0 cache write removed from the live exploit polling loop; final post-process cache remains
• collapsed Wireless ADB diagnostics UI and matching contract tests
• Local ADB TLS port parser tests
• removal of the legacy self-modifying Shizuku UI patch workflow

Excluded intentionally: Labs applicationId/branding, private-repo/PAT mechanics, Labs payload bundle/feed URLs, Labs updater/release workflow changes.
