This release improves skill presentation, publishing and review workflows, adds opt-in notification email and business-event export, and makes frontend analytics configurable without rebuilding the application.

• Add a separate, default-off OTLP/HTTP business-event Logs pipeline covering publication, prepared downloads, review and promotion decisions, and supported lifecycle changes. Export is bounded, best-effort and potentially duplicated; it is not an audit or billing delivery guarantee.
