Reader fixes
- Flush released cached OMAPI channels when Android enters the background, addressing the restart safety-marker window reported in #58. Active operations and reboot protection after real cleanup failures are retained.
- Detect the optional ATR eUICC flag and show a notice advising OMAPI users to keep the Android system SIM/eSIM slot enabled and switch profiles in the app.
- Retry WebCard selection on the basic channel when logical-channel SELECT returns 6881 (#31).
- Keep iOS AccessorySetupKit registration out of the shared macOS Bluetooth implementation.
Included
- Public 3HK, eSIM.cc and eSIM.gg integrations.
- Community Android naming, retaining the existing package ID and signing certificate for upgrades. Desktop/web remain NekokoLPA 2.
- iOS Bluetooth accessory setup and Crowdin synchronization owned by the public repository.
- Windows setup/portable, Linux AppImage/tarball, web, Community/vendor Android APKs, full rooted builds and OTBridge.
