• New /user_manager command that brings up user management interface
• Dropdowns to select Discord and Romm users and link them in a database (if not already linked via role onboarding method)
• See count of linked vs unlinked. Users show as linked or not in dropdowns.
• Select Discord user and hit 'Create Romm Account' button to onboard via DM (same as role method). Useful if user did not respond to initial message when role was assigned.
• Unlinking user removes association in database and removes user account from Romm server.
• Once linked, Discord ID and avatar URL are stored in database along with associated Romm user name. I am planning on building features around this in the future.
