Bug fix, and cont. UI improvements

• fixed issue where the app wouldn't connect when using a port number
• cont. UI improvements
• error handler: try 3 times on bad network or currupt file before skipping to next song in queue

Previous release:

• better history, and database migration to support multiuser (please re-login if you don't see your user info)
• cont. working on general UI design and user friendly UX
• artists are now visible in the "Recently Played" carousel
• "Recently Played" now available in offline mode
• fixed handling error using the english error message (wouldn't have worked with translations)
• artists on home screen faster and more dynamic
• user image now visibile if server >= 6.3
• fixed bug where some artists would show twice on the home screen
