OFFLINE MODE

• offline mode everywhere
• greatly improved image caching
• notifications screen (very minimal for now)
• improved performance (cont. from previous release)
• search for offline mode improved
• updated media library (including exo player)

Notes for OFFLINE MODE:

• while in offline mode the app will work normally for almost everything, as long as one or more songs are downloaded.
• Exception for playlists: In order for your playlists to show offline you need to open the wanted playlists while online at least once to allow metadata to be fetched. I want to avoid fetching all the playlists every time at startup.
• like, rate, share not available offline (yet!)
