ISSUE when logging in using auth token.
When logging in using a token (instead of a username/password combination), no username is retrieved from the server, this is causing a crash on playlists, since I use the username to determine which playlists the user is allowed to edit.
Please use regular username/password login while I workout a solution.

• Fixed crash some users were experiencing on Playlist Detail
• Confirmation dialog before delete on swipe to delete from offline songs and playlists.

Please report any bug.
