Features
Icesh has new "switchmenu" and "print" actions to use
as part of a "switchkey" definition in the "keys" file.
With this you can select windows using icesh and let the
icewm QuickSwitch present it to you in a clear menu.
The existing KeySysSwitchClass is now equivalent to:
switchkey "Alt+grave" icesh -f +C switchmenu
Fixes
Fix to resize maximized windows when the workarea grows.
Fix to recompute the workarea when a do-not-cover exits.
Fix the workarea when moving/sizing a do-not-cover window.
Fix for keeping a menu near the edge inside the screen area.
Changes
Make the "icesh -Zerminal" filter work on non-Linux systems.
When the workarea changes, adjust positions of all desktop icons.
Let icewmbg ignore _NET_WORKAREA changes as it slowed icewm down.
Also minimize fullscreen windows when clicking on a task button.
Document minimization on task button clicks and its Ctrl modifier.
