v2.0.4 - Crash recovery and fewer false positives

This release fixes crash handling, false positives, output saving, and .env error reporting in gosearch.

Fixes

• A module that panics no longer crashes the whole search. Its error is reported with the module name, and the other modules' results still print. (#184)
• Site definitions with a missing response_url are reported as unverified instead of found, which prevents false positives from a bad data.json. (#185)
• Very long usernames no longer break saving results. The username part of the output filename is capped at 100 bytes without splitting characters. (#186)
• A malformed .env file now prints a warning instead of being silently ignored. A missing .env still prints nothing. (#187)
• gosearch returns normally after a successful search instead of calling os.Exit(0). No visible change. (#188)
