What's new
- Complete toolbar and menus: First/Last Difference, Copy All to a side (undoable in a single ⌘Z), Undo/Redo, Swap Panes, Options button; full File/Edit/View/Merge menus with all shortcuts.
- Find and replace (⌘F): wrap-around search in the active pane, ⌘G/⇧⌘G, match case, Replace/Replace All.
- Dark theme: View → Theme → System/Light/Dark, with a dedicated dark palette for differences and syntax; "System" follows macOS live.
- Brazilian Portuguese interface: loads automatically from the system language (force it with
LIBREMERGE_LANGUAGE=pt_BRif you want). - Diff Pane and the per-pane ≡ menu (copy path/name, caption F2, open another file, reveal in Finder, recents) — from 0.3.0, now translated.
Fixes
- Different binary files were reported as "identical" — they are now detected and refused with a clear message (binary/hex comparison is on the roadmap).
- Shortcuts no longer clash between file and folder tabs (F5 etc. route through the window).
Install: open the dmg and drag to Applications. Not notarized by Apple yet: on first launch, right-click → Open, or allow it under System Settings → Privacy & Security. If macOS says the app "is damaged": xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LibreMerge.app
