Minor fixes and workarounds for ETX 2.6.0

• Workaround ETX 2.6.0-rc2 backwards-incompatible getFieldInfo() changes EdgeTX/edgetx#1346
• Workaround ETX 2.6.0-rc2 backwards-incompatible NV14 (Nirvana) event mapping
• Fix menu virtual key (#21) for Jumper T12 EVT_VIRTUAL_PREV and T-Lite EVT_VIRTUAL_MENU_LONG

Due to the fact that some combinations for compiled / source lua work on different devices, two Zips are provided.

• LuaTelemetry_v2.0.2-rc2.zip : Compiled LUA, should work on most radios
• LuaTelemetry_v2.0.2-rc2_lua.zip : Source LUA, compiles on device, should work in the simulator
