This prerelease adds safe preview/export support for standalone XML launcher icons and keeps replacement conservative until reliable XML/vector write-back is designed.

Highlights

• Added preview and export support for standalone XML launcher icons such as vector drawable application icons.
• Rendered standalone XML/vector launcher icons through the existing Android drawable renderer, including drawable-gradient fills used by tested launcher icons.
• Kept standalone XML/vector launcher icon replacement disabled with a clear explanation until safe write-back support is implemented.
• Reduced Windows startup theme flicker by avoiding delayed DWM frame refreshes during the initial window show.

Notes

• Adaptive XML icon replacement continues to use the foreground-only write-back strategy introduced in beta2.
• Split APK resources remain preview-only/read-only.
• Full standalone XML/vector launcher icon replacement is intentionally left for a later beta.
