Keep your saves: Back up and preserve your existing user folder when updating on PC. Back up your Quest saves before installing updates.

PrimedGun v2.0.0-beta.4, based on native port 0.32.0.

Changes

• Full port options from the launcher: Added a Port Config button to open the F1 settings before starting a game or during play. Quest opens them in a 2D panel.
• Quick resume is now opt-in: Normal startup opens the main menu for everyone, including existing users. Enable Quick resume through the desktop, Quest launcher, or VR menu.
• Easier texture-pack setup: Added installation instructions, help buttons, and a Quest button that creates the texture folder.
• Quest rendering improvements: Added pipelined rendering for direct presentation.
• More accurate save states: Expanded restoration of enemy AI, animations, physics, generated pickups, boss fights, cutscenes, and music.
• Upstream fixes and optimizations: Updated to native port 0.32 with shader-cache, resource-loading, collision, save-import, and rendering fixes.

Downloads

• Windows PC VR: Download PrimedGun-v2.0.0-beta.4-Windows-x64.zip, extract the entire archive, and run PrimedGun.exe. Keep your existing user folder.
• Standalone Meta Quest: Install PrimedGun-v2.0.0-beta.4-Quest.apk. Uses the same signing identity as beta.2 and beta.3, so it can install over those versions without uninstalling.
• Symbols: Optional debugging files for crash reports; not needed to play.
• Source and licenses: Corresponding source and third-party notices. SHA256SUMS.txt contains package checksums.

Supply your own supported Metroid Prime disc image; game data is not included.

The new Quest full-options panel has not yet been verified on a headset. Windows and Quest builds pass.

Verify your download

Download SHA256SUMS.txt and compare your downloaded file's SHA-256 checksum with its matching entry. On Windows, open PowerShell in the download folder and run:

Get-FileHash .\PrimedGun-v2.0.0-beta.4-Windows-x64.zip -Algorithm SHA256

For Quest, use the APK filename instead. The checksum should match exactly; if it differs, download the file again.
