Fixed

• Attempt to fix no valid bitrates and Sign in to confirm you're not a bot errors.
  • Introduced a "Playlet support server" to allow handling sig/nsig decoding. These are not possible to do without a Javascript execution environment, so this was necessary.
  • Live videos are not affected by this fix yet, but hopefully it reduce the amount of errors.
• Videos longer than 5 hours now work #500
• Age restricted videos should play normally if logged in using a YouTube account.
