VERSION 1.1.3.1466
    - Fixed Python 3.11 and above failing to initialize "Python codecs", due
      to an inaccuracy in PathCchCanonicalizeEx.

    - Removed references to the GitHub page.

    - Support Chromium up to at least version 138.

    - Fix bugs which could result in STATUS_APP_INIT_FAILURE error code when
      starting VxKex enabled applications.
