Reupload of VxKex Releases
In light of the recent deletion of the original VxKex repository (https://github.com/vxiiduu/VxKex/) and the occurrence of impersonation and misinformation, I am re-uploading the original VxKex releases and source codes to ensure users have access to the authentic versions.
🚨 Warning: Fake VxKex Repository 🚨
A fake repository impersonating the original VxKex project has been found: https://github.com/VxKex/VxKex
- Impersonation: This repo is not affiliated with the original author, vxiiduu. It's created by an impersonator, "vxiiduu1".
- Scam Alert: It includes a Bitcoin donation page and claims to release "VxKex 2.0 soon".
Action Required:
- Avoid: Do not download or interact with the fake repo.
- Report: Report the repository to GitHub.
Original Release Note:
This release is a feature upgrade which adds support for the latest versions of Chromium, Opera, Firefox, and some Electron-based applications. The support for Qt6 applications has been improved slightly, and a small number of additional applications have received support. Calibre support is now complete (allows properly reading e-books).
The installers for this release (and future releases) work for both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.
Download the Release installer unless:
you have been instructed to use a Debug build,
you need PDB files, or
you are developing VxKex.
Feel free to discuss on the Issues section if you have any questions.
