Transcripts in export

• Whisper transcripts come along. A transcribed TikTok or podcast no longer exports without its transcript.
• Real caption times. YouTube captions no longer print every line as [00:00].
• No duplicates. A transcript that is already in the post body is not added a second time.

A --help that lists what runs

• Only runnable commands. Commands that only answer SERVICE_NOT_READY in the standalone CLI, such as profile-crawl, sync and jobs, are no longer listed.

Signed and notarized macOS arm64/Intel builds plus a verified Ubuntu 22.04+ Linux x64 build. The checksum-verifying native installer and keyless Sigstore provenance bundle are included.
