archive tells you when a post was already saved

• Already-saved posts are marked cached. Sending archive a post that is already in your library archives nothing new and uses no credit, but the result looked exactly like a fresh archive. It now returns "cached": true (cached=true with --format text), and jobId is the existing archive.
• Sweeps can stop on time. A script or agent walking a profile newest-first can stop where cached results start, instead of resubmitting every post it saved before.
• No Pro upsell on the concurrent-archive limit. With two archives already running, the error now reads "Too many archives in progress. Try again when one finishes." The limit is the same on every plan, so upgrading never helped.

Signed and notarized macOS arm64/Intel builds plus a verified Ubuntu 22.04+ Linux x64 build. The checksum-verifying native installer and keyless Sigstore provenance bundle are included.
