Pick collections while you archive
- Add to collection, in the archive window. Under the tags, Add to collection lists the collections you can add to, most recently used first; you can also type a new name to create one. The post goes into them as soon as it's archived, so there's nothing to do afterwards. Nothing is picked by default.
- New collections and queued archives. A collection you just created on this device is synced before the archive is sent, and the choice stays with the archive while it waits in the queue or is retried.
- Not offered for links the plugin archives on this device (Naver Cafe with your cookie, Naver Blog, Brunch and Naver Webtoon), because those never reach the server.
From the command line
social-archiver:archive collection=<id|name>adds the archived post to one or more collections (comma-separated, up to 50) in queue mode. A collection that hasn't synced yet, or one where you're only a viewer, is refused before anything is sent.
Note
The same option is in the mobile app (2.4.1, including the share sheet), the desktop app (0.8.2), the browser extension (1.11.0) and the social-archiver CLI (0.1.20, archive --collection). The server side is already live.
