See ratings, photos, and reviews before you pick a place
Attaching a place meant choosing from a list of names and addresses. With two shops of the same name, there was no way to tell which one you were saving.
Each Google result now carries its rating and review count, a few photos, and a review snippet, so you can judge before you commit.
- This costs nothing extra. The place details were already in the response the plugin receives — they were being read and then thrown away. Nothing new is fetched, and no credits are spent to show them.
- Results still work exactly as before when a place has no rating or photos to show.
Also fixed
- A place page now lists its own archive, however that place was created. Places saved on their own used to show an empty page.
- Share state reconciles through sync, not only over a live connection. Turning sharing on or off on another device now catches up when the plugin next syncs, instead of only while a realtime connection happens to be open.
- Exhausted AI usage reports as a rate limit instead of an unknown error, so it is clear what happened and that waiting will help.
