Threads and X article rendering

• Renders multi-post Threads archives more like articles, with cleaner section headings and less duplicated title text.
• Fixes escaped markdown headings in Threads articles, so ## 1 / ## 2 style sections render correctly.
• Reduces duplicated body content in saved X articles, especially when the article intro and full article body overlap.

Subscription sync reliability

• Prevents duplicate vault notes when subscription posts are received again from the server.
• Refreshes subscription state after server-side subscription changes, so Obsidian stays closer to the current account state.

Timeline polish

• Improves nested comment expand/collapse controls with cleaner native Obsidian styling.
• Normalizes X comment author links when handles already include @.
