- New "Aa" button in reader header — opens a full typography control panel

Reader Header Redesign
- Full-width header layout
- Close button moved to right end (avoids macOS traffic light overlap)
- Minimal, borderless button styling throughout
Reader typography panel and header redesign are also applied to the web reader.

- Media download hang: added timeout to
downloadFromUrl()to prevent infinite hang - FB profile feed: preserve quoted posts and reduce rate limiting with pagination delays
