A minor update to fix a serious VFR issue + add the GS impl.

- renderer: fixup damage repaint
- screencopy: fix crash in invalid format reads

- GlobalShortcuts protocol impl (#1886)
- hyprctl: sanity check icons in notify
- socket2: receive bytes to avoid endless loops
- textInput: don't double destroy TI
