• wallpapers refactored
  • add radius for rounded corners
  • add post_command running after it's done (eg: matugen)
• add fuzzel support to menus
• add more resilience to "unknown" hyprland versions
• scratchpads do not reapply windowrules when hyprland config changes (avoid flicker)
• Improve monitors reload on config change, can be disabled with relayout_on_config_change=False

Note: the previously introduced fcitx5_switcher plugin didn't lead to a minor version change since I didn't test it but it looks cool for CJK input method users and wasn't promoted enough.
