Thanks to @g1ibby for fixing agent launches with non-JSON hook settings
(#4).

Added

• Recovery keys appear in the Detail panel when a session has problems:
  x to remove, Space e to restart, Space h to inspect the host, and y
  to copy the session ID.

Changed

• Kitty work tabs stay together beside the dashboard and session tabs,
  and opening the same working directory again focuses its existing work tab.
• Use x to force-remove stale Codex app-server sessions when the server
  is unreachable or the conversation is missing, with a clear removal result
  and a warning if server-side work may still be running.

Fixed

• Kimi, OpenCode, Pi and omp sessions launch correctly with hook settings
  in their native formats.
• OpenCode preserves project settings and explicit custom-config overrides,
  without loading global plugins twice.
• OpenCode child-session completion no longer falsely marks the parent idle
  because of reordered hook events.
• Failed or cancelled Pi compaction clears Compacting, reports terminal
  failures and keeps automatic retries active.
• Codex app-server tracking survives /btw side questions, keeping the
  main conversation's status and identity accurate.
• The resume picker immediately rejects a Codex conversation already managed
  on the selected host, preventing a duplicate session. App-server mode would
  reject it anyway, but only after a long timeout.

Removed

• The host-utilization legend no longer takes up panel space, with the
  utilization values and warning colors retained.
