06a5b6b: Fixed EVM ISM, hook, ICA, and warp-route derivation to rethrow transient RPC failures during interface probes instead of silently returning incorrect derived configs. Configured routing hook children now fail fast when child hook derivation fails instead of being silently omitted.
da1cfb1: A syntheticCcrSwapMessageId helper was added to @hyperlane-xyz/utils for deterministically computing the synthetic message ID of a same-chain CCR swap given its transaction hash and log index. The scraper agent config schema in @hyperlane-xyz/sdk was extended with an optional ccrRouters field mapping domain IDs to their CCR router-to-collateral address pairs.

93c2290: Fixed max transfer simulation and fee display for native-token warp routes by reverting to the minimal-amount fallback in getLocalTransferFee for non-predicate flows.
