Minor Changes

• d9dec53: Relay API configuration fields were added to RelayerAgentConfigSchema (relayApiEnabled, relayApiPort, relayApiRateLimitMaxRequests, relayApiRateLimitWindowSecs, relayApiCorsOrigins). All fields are optional for backward compatibility.

Patch Changes

• 6f4b790: Added batched transaction submission for hook, IGP, and routing ISM deployments to avoid hitting gas limits on chains with lower block gas caps. Chain-specific batch size overrides were added (e.g. citrea). Routing ISM deployment was refactored to deploy with an initial batch of domains and enroll the remainder individually, with per-chain initialization sizes; the final transferOwnership call is skipped when the deployer is already the configured owner. The gas buffer multiplier was increased for ISM factory deployments. A configurable minConfirmationTimeoutMs option was added to MultiProvider. The defaultEthersV5ProviderBuilder retryOverride parameter was widened from ProviderRetryOptions to SmartProviderOptions so callers can pass fallbackStaggerMs.

• bfe4d2e: Import cycles flagged by oxlint were resolved by extracting shared code into dedicated leaf modules, performing a hard cutover (no backcompat re-exports), and using dependency injection for submitter factories and aggregation metadata decoding. The import/no-cycle lint rule is now enforced as an error.

• 6929388: Fixed cctp transfer validation

• 0b1c1d1: Fixed two WarpCore issues for QuotedCalls flows:

  • Updated resolveQuotedCallsParams to treat EvmHypNative routes as native (zero-address token) by also checking isHypNative(). Previously, native warp routers were misidentified — getQuotedTransferFee returned msg.value (transfer amount + fee) as the IGP quote, so UIs displayed the bridged amount itself as "Interchain Gas".
  • Added an optional quotedCalls param to getLocalTransferFee and getLocalTransferFeeAmount, forwarded to getTransferRemoteTxs. Internal gas estimation now builds the actual QuotedCalls.execute(...) multicall instead of plain transferRemote, giving accurate pre-sign gas estimates for the QuotedCalls path. Callers were previously hardcoding localQuote = 0.
