d0dbf1a: PostCallsSchema is now a backwards-compatible union accepting either destinationDomain + owner (new ICA derivation path) or commitmentDispatchTx (legacy dispatch tx path). Added isPostCallsIca() type guard, PostCallsIcaType, PostCallsLegacyType exports, and commitmentFromRevealMessage() helper. Tightened schema validation to use ZHash for owner, salt, ismOverride, and commitmentDispatchTx fields.

e1ed158: User-specified remoteRouters and destinationGas in warp deploy configs were ignored during router enrollment when the remote chains were not part of the deployment. enrollCrossChainRouters now merges user-specified entries with auto-discovered routers from deployed contracts.
95c2891: Routing fee config derivation skips non-EVM domains unknown to MultiProvider instead of throwing.
