6c715a7: Added support for MinimalInterchainAccountRouter deployment and detection.

2e622e8: isEVMLike() replaced direct ProtocolType.Ethereum comparisons in HyperlaneCore, RouterApps, and HyperlaneAppChecker so Tron chains are correctly included in router configs, address lookups, and deploy checks.
e93a4c8: Fixed Tron EthersV5 provider to use TronJsonRpcProvider (which appends /jsonrpc to the RPC URL) instead of HyperlaneSmartProvider, preventing 302 redirect failures on Tron nodes.
