Minor Changes

• aa6871b: Added configurable intent TTL to expire stale in-progress rebalance intents. Defaults to 7 days. Uses send_occurred_at from the explorer API for accurate TTL calculation.

Patch Changes

• ff8c0f0: Fixed inventory rebalancer oscillation edge case where an intent with its final deposit fully in-flight (remaining === 0) was invisible to the rebalancer, potentially allowing contradictory intent creation.
