Minor Changes

• 44626fb: Enabled SVM cross-collateral token deployments in the CLI. Added crossCollateral to supported Alt-VM token types, allowing warp deploy, warp combine, and warp apply to work with SVM CC routes. Extracted computeCrossCollateralRouterUpdates into provider-sdk for cross-protocol reuse. Fixed CC-only gas preservation for domains transitioning from remote routers.

Patch Changes

• 69e6b3f: Warp route checks were unified onto the shared CLI comparison flow, including explicit proxyAdmin address checks and owner override ownership checks. The legacy HypERC20App and HypERC20Checker SDK exports were removed.
• d34af7c: The registry dependency was bumped to 24.3.0 so CLI consumers pick up tolerant merged-registry overlay reads.
• 44ea0ec: fix: warp send tx prepare
